Hello, I have an easy question. how do you embed a scroll bar in a table? Example I have the news in a table on my site. Instead of the news expanding the site as I put it in. I wish to just embed the news with a table and the user scroll down the page. Any suggestions?

Easy question, tricky answer, you can use frames, scrolling layers or Ifrrames, each of which have their pros and cons:

Iframe:

Frames:
