I have a problem whit the Pure ASP File upload 1.50, the proeblem is when i put the upload scripts into a asp page and i save the page i get the folowing error:

Can somebody help me whit this problem.

Hi Marco,

You're trying to apply the behavior to a page that hangs under a template, I suspect your &lt;script&gt; tag is locked by the template and you have 2 choices to fix it. You can detach the page from the template by using the modify-&gt;template-&gt;detach page menu-option or you can make the script tag editable, which is described in this technote from MM:

I don't use a template the error only come's when i input the "insert record" behavior.

I see what you mean, I'll investigate this more cause I just found out that I cannot assign a style from my stylesheet to a coldfusion tag in DWMX, what nonsense is this ? There's no template but it errors complaining that my action wants to write to locked codes, THERE ARE NO LOCKED CODES on this page !

I'll let you know when i know a fix or workaround for this nasty thingy.

You could try using ASP Pure Upload 2.08, which is the new version I have used without a problem on DWMX.

No luck Connman,

I am using v2.08 and still the same error... A little workaround for it now, is to go back to UD4 and there apply the extension, then in MX it doesn't give any problems anymore...

Hope George comes up with a solution...

Oh, great!! That's a problem I've got too, and I posted the same question some days ago (look for the topic "Dreamweaver MX and PureASP Upload 1.5" by me)
That's what Waldo answered in that topic:
"Pure ASP Upload 1.5 is a very old extension which is not developed for Dreamweaver MX. I don't think that George will make it compatible very soon. The commercial version which is a later version *is* MX compatible.
Lots of old UD4 server behavior extensions are not compatible with Dreamweaver MX due to architecture changes made by Macromedia"

I guess this means that a MX-compatible version of PAU 1.50 will not be released... <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>

maybe you van just figure out, the includes and try it without the extension...
