Help with ASP upload rename

I keep getting a "File Already Exists" Error. CAn Anybody help with this. I don't quite understand the renaming protocal and can't seem to find any support for the extensionReplies

Open the ASP UPLOAD feature, and check the CONFLICT HANDLING on the MAIN tab.
If you want to overwrite it... choose it.
If you want to make it unique.. choose that...
I belive you have it set to ERROR now...
