I'm developing a system where-by people can add information to a database via an online form. Within this form there are 2 list boxes where you can select multiple values. Each of the values need to be able to be searched on, but more importantly, assigned to the same record in the database.

Now, I know I need some kind of look-up/link table which will store my values, but how do I insert multiple values into this table at the same time, using one form and one submit button?
