I cannot use my Pure ASP Upload 2.08 with my Dreamweaver MX.
I have an update site and am having this text.
“Please create a Form with file Upload field before using this server behavior”

I have none problems with Ultradev 4

Isn't it obvious. You need to have a form and, at least, one file field.

I have it all.
Recordset, Form, fields.
But when I trying to put Pure ASP Upload 2.08 at mite site I get the same text.

First, maybe you should uninstall/reinstall the extensions.

Second, try selecting the form first and then applying the extension...

I am using Dreamweaver MX and can use this extension fine.
