Do someone know if DSN-less Connections used in Ultradev are case-sensitive? This could be a stupid question, but I saw that files and directories I burned on a CD with low-case names using Win98 and then imported on Win2000...have often high-case names! I don't know why it happens, but could this be the cause of receiving the fatal "Unable to retrieve tables from this connection. Click on the "Define.." button to test this connection."? Of course, when I test the connection I get a blank error message...Thank you

UD Requires the folder Connections and a dsn connection to your database to be set. You also have set a local dsn connection on your machine.
If you are using a DSN-less connection, set up the UD dsn connection for working with the files easily. Put the two files together and comment out your dsn-less connection. Then on upload comment out the UD created one and uncomment the DSN-less connection.
That should do it for you.
