I can email the contents of a form using aspmail and I can send the contents of a form to an access database.....How do I do them both at the same time????

Have a look at this. It's CDONTS mail and Insert combined. Might give you a help with what you want. Basically, you just need your mailing info script just after the insert and just before the redirect. Follow the link...
