I need help with a simple script that works on a messageboard. I have the entire board fully functional with one exception. I have a table that is supposed to only appear for the user who originally wrote the particular thread. It contains update and delete buttons. This will allow only the person who wrote it (or the webmaster) to delete or update the record. It exists in a repeat region, so it should work for each thread, only displaying the delete and update buttons to the threads you created as the currently signed in user. This script will be applied to other sections of the site, such as downloads, tutorials, etc and will work the same in any instance. It should basically match the records username with MM_Username or match a constant administrative username and generate the table if the condition returns a true value.please visit this page with all of the details and source code.

A very cool extension.........Hopefully one will come out soon allowing an Else (ie multiple conditions) Statement.

Hi John
I have been using this extension for a few weeks to do exactly the same thing that you are doing and it appears to do the job very well.
