Im trying to setup Dreamweaver MX to work with a new file extension to work with ASP VBScript.
I followed the directions in the Extending Dreamweaver MX help file by adding the new file extension to the 'MMdocumenttypes.xml' file, and the 'extensions.txt' file.

Dreamweaver MX will let me now open the file in code view and in design view but wont let me apply any server behavious to the file with the new extension.

Do i need to add the new extension anywhere else in the configuration ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Somewhere (I don't know for sure where at the moment) you need to tell Dreamweaver that the ASP Server Model should also support your file extension.

I'll try to remember this issue and play with it later this weekend. Feel free to send me an email ( waldo@udzone.com ) if I forget.
