i am sending html mail with cdonts.newmail
the mail is garbled only on mac machines!

The problem is, if the mail is fwd to me it comes out fine.
I assume it has something to do with the fact that it is html mail...

is there any specific protocol/format that a mac client requires or is the option of html mail just not possible ( although I find this hard 2 believe).

help would be appreciated

My guess is it should not be related to the specifc platform. Certainly the CDONTS itself has no parameter related to specific OS environments. Have you checked the character set encoding of the HTML and whether that's supported by the particular Mac client you used to receive that mail? Other than that I don't know what else to suggest.
