I have a subdomain (virtual directory) on a site using a local (system) dsn connection to an access database. Everything works great. I want to transfer this site, asp pages and database, etc, to a new subdomain (virtual directory) on the same site. I'm using IIS 5 to create the new subdomain. So far, no problem. On the new site (subdomain) I create a new local dsn connection which points to the database on the new site. The new local dsn test is good. The dsn connection name is the same on the new site as on the original to avoid having to change all the connections on each asp page. I open each page on the new site and test the recordsets--all of which test good and I can see the data. However when I browse to the site just about every page errors on the dsn string line.

What am I doing wrong?

I want to be able to duplicate this site many times on subdomains as indicated above. Is there a better way to set this up?

Thanks!
