Okay, so i've finally managed to get around the not-so user friendly connection string window to connect to my database and display some images.
Question is:::: Is there a way to make all the images displayed be thumbnails but clickable to retrieve the full sized image in a new window?? <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>

You may want to look into a server component / extension for this. It's the easiest way out.

look here for aspjpeg: www.aspjpeg.com

it's very handy and there's a trial available for free at their site. You can of course set the size of the image in your main recordset to a smaller thumbnailed size, however that would be really slow loading with larger imagery.

hope that helps

Your best bet is the awesome UD4 extension from <b>Valley Web Designs</b> called "Just-So-Picture-Window". This free extension will do exactly what you are looking for and more:

<b>valleywebdesigns.com/vwd_dw_JSPW.htm</b>

Or, if you are looking for the same functionality with something dynamic-database compatible, they have "Dynamic-Just-So-Window" which has a free or pay version:

<b>valleywebdesigns.com/vwd_dbjspwH.htm</b>

Hope this helps...
