I can build a page that updates my database with an image name.
I can also make a page that uses pure asp upload to upload a chosen file to the server.
I cannot however make a page that does both, i.e. uploads the file to the server, and updates the database with the file name.
When I try, nothing happens, no upload, no update.
I tried to recreate the page from scratch, and it didn't help.
Oh yes - i DID read the tutorial...

Any ideas what to try next?

did you use the update SB instead of Insert? etc

I can make it work fine if I do an insert SB, but when I try to use the update SB it fails completely.

That's very odd, it worked fine with me...

What are u using except from UD4, ASP? IIS? WINY2k?

Does he give any 500 error? And if so, which?

Otherwise send me the page so i can look it up...
