I am going to start a website www.filosofie.be = philosophy wich is non profit. I want to use the open source principle but then for philosophie.

1. Does anybody know a good forum programe in PHP? Easy to implement, the same as this one. www.hotscripts.com has so many.

2. PHP-Nuke is that about the best what there is ore would you say NO as designers and programmers.
