Maybe someone can offer some assistance. Been using DW4 for a while, but I have recently ran into a problem.

Ever since my HD failed, and I had to re-install DW, all embedded audio files play back as if they are "muted" or the sound is set to a minimal volume.

The same files sound files sound fine when opened independantly with MediaPlayer, RealPlayer, etc.,....it's only when I embed them that this happens.

Does anyone know if maybe there is a plug-in I'm missing, or a setting I'm overlooking since my reinstall?

BTW- Windows platform.

maybe try right-clicking and increase volume
