Hello People.

I hope someone can give me some feedback on this issue. I have seen it all over the place, but I just don't know how it's done.
A great example of what I am talking about is at CNet... You know how they alwasy tell you how many people have downloaded a certain file, well I'd like to know what is used to make that possible.

I am building a web site for a band, and I'd like to see if I can track how many people download their songs.

if anyone can direct me in the right direction as far as what I need, or what program does it, then I can start looking further.
