Hi,
I have a page that includes asp counter and shows the ip adress and duration of visitor's stay.
<%=Session("VisitorID"%>
<%=Application("Active"%>
Its working fine on IIS at home but on my providers server www.domaindlx.com its not working. Am i missing something or something is wrong on my providers server? Maybe they don't support it?

The problem with domaindlx is that they don't support global.asa, therefore your application value, which is set in global.asa, also won't work.

How's your experience with them anyway ?
i signed up 2 weeks ago and they said "Your account will be ready in 48 hours, you will receive email confirmation when it's setup".
as i said, over 2 weeks ago and still no mail, if all their support is like that then it's a big nono, like the other webhost who made me big offer, then i asked questions and got a reply a MONTH later, sorry you're out of the picture, can't have my site error for a month. Such basic questions too, do you support asp, ms-access...

With kind regards,

well my site is running well on domaindlx. Support is shit as they never bother to aunswer.
I also signed accounts for my friends a month ago and guess what ? still no account details received.I already signed a account min. of 10 times same happened.
The funniest thing is when you try to sign account with the same domain name as before, it says domain name already in use.
The best i would recommend is Brinkster the support always reply. The only disadvantage is that they offer ftp access only to premium users. I guess u know about brinkster.
I also tried my page over there, its not working. Atleast the support aunswered me saying they don't help users sort there codes.
So atleast they reply.
