mySQL Create Table problem

What is the syntax for creating a table with PHP? I have tried several things, and keep getting the following error:An error occured!
Error no: 1066
Error message: Not unique table/alias: 'TempTable_title11'
I look at the DB and there are not tables my that name showing!
Can someone help?
