Does anyone know how to allow Cut and Paste inside Floater... it inserts into document even if the focus is inside a Floter

I've had the exact same problem.

My way to solve the solution is to use the Right Mouse click, then use the Paste menu item.

I usually use Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V to Cut and paste, but in this case, you need to use the mouse to do it for you.
