Help,

I just purchased NeXTensio and IMPakt from Interakt and I have recieved no information about how to download this product or whether or not you actually ship this product.

I spent $100 and they don't even bother to send and email saying what is up! Kagi, the CC Processor, sent an email saying that they had recieved my payment, but nothing from Interakt.

Does anyone know what the process is and how long it takes?

I don't know how long. I know that they are changing this download procedure. If you send a mail or ask it on a forum of Interakt then the will answer you. Don't worry.

Yes, write an eMail directly to interakt. They will send you the stuff via eMail. I had the same problem, bcecause they don't have a download-area for that yet.

You'll get a reply tonight or tomorrow with the software attached. Don't worry, I have now bought a few items from Interakt.
