URGENT!!!!!!!!! ADODB MYSQL ERRROR

I developed my web application on IIS/ULTRADEV/PHP/MYSQL in windows 2000 but on uploading to my linux server i got this error below Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_pconnect() in ./adodb/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 113
this is really disturbing & i need a solution pls.

It means that the version of PHP on your server hasn't been compiled with MySQL Support.
The remedy to this problem, unfortunately, is beyond the scope of this forum. You will have better luck searching the web for your error message, as this will undoubtadly bring you to other sites that have the solutions.
