Is it possible to present user defined link via cookies?

what i have is a link page where visitors can see the standard links, but also i want an user defined linktable where administrators/often visitors can display their own links, can this be done via cookies or something else?

is there s special extension i can use for this, i want to use it in php, phakt and mysql, but interested also in asp

What you want is a Show region if this value is present in cookie X.
I don't think such a feature exists yet, you might try having the admin user log into the server and then use Show region if user is logged in or Access level is Administrator.

Unless someone knows of a Show region based on cookies, in that case MAIL ME !
