Hello!

When trying to add a Repeat Region or Move to Record behavior I always get the following Javascript errors: "A JavaScript-Error occured while loading RepeatedRegionPHP.htm. On Line 6 of the file "C:\...\UltraDev4\Configuration\ServerBehaviors\PHP\Repeated Region.js": RecordsetMenu is not defined". And similar errors for move to first, next...

Does anybody know what could be the reason for that? It all used to work just fine. Yesterday I installed the Switch...Case PHP Conditional Behaviour-Extension, but unistalled it again. Could it possibly have anything to do with that?

The Repeat Region and Move to Record behaviors are still working fine on my pages, but I cannot edit them or add new ones any more.

I tried to reinstall PHAkt 1.1.3 over the existing installation, but that didn't resolve the problem.

Please, anybody knowing a solution to that problem let me know!!!!

Thanks for your help!

Jose

P.S.: I am working with UltraDev 4 and PHAkt 1.1.3 on a Windows 2000 machine.

Rather than installing over an existing version, you should uninstall PHAkT, and then re-install.

I couldn't say if the problem lies with the Switch...Case behaviour, but I will look into it, to see if this could be the cause.

In the meantime, I would uninstall Switch...Case, uninstall PHAkT and then Re-Install PHAkT.

If that doesn't resolve your problem, then something else is at play here.

Hope this helps.

I have the Case...Switch extension uninstalled and tried uninstalling and reinstalling PHAkt after a reboot. Unfortunately the error messages stay the same...

The only other extensions I am using with UltraDev are PHP Mail Suite and User Authentication Xtras--which by the way are really great!!!

I'll try to uninstall all extensions and just install PHAkt again. Should I also try to reinstall UltraDev? The thing is that it all used to work fine and now whenever I open a page with a repeat reagion on it the errors start to display, I don't even have to click on anything.

Well, I'll keep trying and see what I can find out... And thanks a lot for your advice!!!

If nothing else is working, then re-installing UltraDev might be your only other options.

Once you have done this, and before you install ANY other extensions. Copy your Configuration folder to another location. I say this because, should you ever have issues like this again in the future you can essentially "Re-Install" UltraDev without really doing it by renaming the configuration directory, and copying back this clean one.

Anyway, I hope this is of some help.

Ok, I was not able to figure out what caused the problems...

A complete reinstall of UltraDev and PHAkt, however, made those dreaded Javascript errors go way <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> Everything is working fine again...

Happy ending...
