Hi all....

Im a really new user to everything here, Im actually looking for some suggestions in direction.

Im more of a graphic artist by trade, and I do some web design as well. This past summer I built a rather large site for a friend, www.moll.com. It is all html up to this point, and I know there is a better way to organize it. This is where my quest for direction begins.

My basic request is, Theres Gotta be a better way.

I want to be able to create a template page for each section, and then fill in a database, connecting each page (with pictures). I am familiar with what asp has to offer, which is what I THINK i should be learning, although as Ive mentioned, Im a rookie.

I really have noone to talk with on this subject. I can learn really fast for what I need to do, although I dont know where to go with this.

Any and all suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thanks
Eric

With UD (without hand coding) you can easily have a site connected with database. Maybe it would be easiest to take a look at tutorial that comes with UD. After you get some basic knowledge you can post your problem here and I'm sure you'll get the answer quickly.

UD4 is great and saves time from hand coding ASP. Use Access or SQL2000. Pick up Beginning ASP 3 and you are ready to go! Look at the tutorials from UD4. They're great too. When I first looked at UD4, I thought "Man! It looks tough." But like learning Microsoft Access, it's easy once you use it. So far I think I am a Newbie "Green Belt" since I just started learning UD4 a month ago.
