Is there a way?

I want to connect to my web server "live", so when I save a page, it saves directly to the server...Can't seem to figure out how to do this seemingly simple thing.
Can someone explain how I set up the LOCAL INFO, REMOTE INFO, and APPLICATION SERVER tabs to make this happen??? (In the define site area)
Thanks!

Hi PcGuy,
I would not personally advise this but, if you where going to do it.
You would need to map the storeage area for your site to your local machine, then point the LOCAL files to that location. How you do that would depend on if you server is on the same network as your workstation and if it is a Windows or Unix box. The REMOTE would then not be required as they are the same as LOCAL.
Hope that helps.

I got ya!
Thanks for the response.
I guess the only way to "map" it locally is to connect a network drive (Windows Machine on same network)...
But that requires that the web folder be "shared" - which is a no-no...even a hidden share isn't really good practice...
I'll just transfer the files. Not a huge deal I guess...
Thanks!
