I'm getting ready to develop an app that will allow people to register for a newsletter that one of my departments put out. This feature will include file attachments (there will be addendums from time to time). Question: has anyone already done this or know of where I can view an already made app? I wish to get ideas from other developers that may have already traveled this path.

I'm going to include these features:

Registration
Auto Notification of Addendums via e-mail
Cancellation of Registration

I'm sure that I'm leaving out something!
