I'm using Dreamweaver 4 and wondered if there is a way to change the colour around a border and maybe even change the style of the border. I've put the picture I'm using in a Layer so I could format the text around it easier. Thanks

Modify the text colour in the page proprties, then apply the colour you want back to your text, something like:
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#CCFF00">
<img src="YourImage.gif" width="80" height="36" border="5">
<font color="#000000">Example Text.</font>
</body>
