I real solution doesn't exist for this. People can always see your code by f.e. saving your page. But you can at least make it more difficult for them, That's true.
I remember that there's an extension on this at the dreamweaver exchange. Unfortunatly I can;t remember it's name. You should take a look and try to find it.
