php.weblogs.com/ADODB contains all current information about ORACLE compatability. This is probably the only URL where you can get info on this, as ADODB is what handles Database access within PHAkT.
Unfortunately though, the URL above is not PHAkT-specific, and I am not aware of any sites that are PHAkT/ORACLE specific at all.
