My only real criticism is the Image sizes.
Like this one for instance:
www.uhnsa.com/pictures/index2.asp?ID=29
350Kb is way too big for Web use, in addition you have used a very large picture 1164x725 at 200 pixels/inch but you are only showing the picture on the page at 600x373 pixels and even smaller versions of these large pictures on the home page.
If you take a Large image and only show it on the page as a small thumbnail the file size of the image remains the same. If you have access to a graphics application like Adobe Photoshop or similar, you can optimise your graphics for web use, you could probably reduce the overall image quality without any perceived loss of quality on screen.
Never have an image larger than its intended size on the page, so if your showing it 300x200 pixels make a 300x200 pixel copy of your original for web use.
Images for web needn't be any higher resolution than 72 pixels/inch a monitor will not display any better (Macs might be higher - not sure), this will significantly reduce image file size compared to 200 pixels/inch.
One other thing, try to avoid underlining text that isn't a link it's confusing.
I hope you don't regret asking. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Owen.

Aah!
Well there are acouple of ways you can deal with that, either you can let visitors upload them to a holding area and then re-size them etc. yourself before including them on the web. Or take a look at something like Pure ASP Upload, you should see some Banner Ads fo it here on this site. To be honest I've never used it but it basically allows you to check and restrict the image sizes/types that visitors can upload. For instance you could specify maximum dimensions, file size and only allow *.gif and *.jpg file types.
Here's some useful links:
