I want to have a form on my page. At top I want to have the date and location. Then at the bottom, I want to have a preceptor, Provider, and some other fields as seen below. I would like to have multiple record inserts though. But all should be able to use the date and location specified above. Can I do this in Ultradev without a bunch of coding, I really don't know ASP, so can I do it with multiple record insert behaviors??Somethign like this:
