Hi Everyone,

I am working on a site in ImpAKT but has now decided to add a simple message board and perhaps a chat room. Does anyone know of a simple downloadable solution, written in PHP. I need PHP so I can user the Session Var (usernames etc...) as with the rest of the site.

I am happy to pay for a simple solution, but don't need anything flash like user managment, number of replies to posts, etc...

Thanks

GT

There are a number of free solutions for functionality like this. However, if you need to integrate a chat room etc into an existing site, it will mean a little extra work.

Try www.hotscripts.com for an extensive resource of various applications etc for PHP (and other server models).

There is a chat application in development, but this won't be ready for a little while yet. Your best option therefore is going to be with something from the above site.

Hope this helps
