I use this great Shopping Cart solution.

I have a question about the included DB once there. The table is there contains the columns 'Price1' and 'Break1' and 'Price2' and Break2' of 'Products' and this among others.

This should be used for it if the article price decreases from 50 pieces, for example.

Therefore:
Artikel1 costs 3,99 the piece
from 50 pieces, the article only costs 3,19.

How I now can then realize this in the Shop, on basis of this DB. Or which possibilities are there still so?

i don't use the Charon Cart but the way it works is as follows:

In the products table the 'Price' field is for 1 product, in 'Break1' you should set the number of the products you have to purchase to get the 'Price2'...

e.g.

ProductA - 10.99 - 10 - 8.99 : This means if you buy 1 of product A it's 10.99 but if you buy 10 you get them for 8.99

Now, as i don't use this cart I do not know if this has been actuallyy implemtented in the cart??? Check this post and maybe contact www.charon.co.uk to ask?
