Can't connect to MySQL. When I click on the test button I get this in a popup error:
"Communication link failure:java.io.IOExeception"

What is the problem?

The most likely cause of this error if this is what you are getting when attempting to connect to a remote MySQL server is that remote access has been turned off. I would recommend that you try using the MyODBC method of connecting, and if you get an error when attempting that kind of connection then you will need to talk to your ISP.

I'm having a look at MySQL setup and I'll double check if remote is "on".

Using MyODBC method is not possible for me. I can't find a free client Mac version!
