Try using Style Sheets, can still be a pain though, Netscape can be fussy about how you apply a style to a table cell or text.

What's wrong with Netscape? Gee, how long of a thread are you trying to start?!

the links above point to webmonkey's browser compatability chart and a review of 3.0 browsers and up. hopefully they will help!
on a side note, Netscape is much more particular about the various cell properties (WxH) adding up to the same total as the table properties...that is the first thing I would check...also, empty cells (especially if they have BG pics) and any style added to the cell/table such as colored borders. To be fair, there is no way you would get me to attempt CSS in Netscape unless I was getting paid big... <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
