Hey I have an image map and on one of the hotspots- I would like to "call javascript" on Click...

But when I test my site, the cursor doesn't even turn into a hand over the hot spot. I am trying to open a new browser with no scroll bars etc. etc. by clicking the hotspot. Any ideas?
