Open Flash in new window

I have a Flash website which I wish to open in a fixed size new window from an initial html page. My html works fine on most computers but I have had complaints that people WITH the Flash plugin cannot open the new window upon clicking the enter button?
The complaints are mainly from macs but all from people using ie 5.0 or navigator 5.0 so it's not an "old browser" issue.
Could anybody help me please?

Try 'Advanced Open Window' extension. I haven't tried it on Mac but I suppose it works.
