I have everything working with the Insert Record behavior for PHP. Everything works just fine except that the database doesn't get the new record. I have permissions set just like I always do for PWS/Access. Should I be doing something different?

Nancy, the last time I checked there was an issue with MyODBC and Access2000. I don't know if this has since been rectified on later versions, but it could well be the problem you're having now.

Try converting your Access db to an Access97 version and try that. I've had no problems using Access and PWS (hence the tutorial I wrote), but it isn't a combination that I really use very much, so didn't check if the Access version made a difference (I was using Access97).
