OK I am having the BOF or EOF is True problem.

I will explain what the steps are on the page. When you click on the edit button for the picture it goes to a page that clears the checks for the site and then redirects to another page where you can select a picture to show on the main page.
I am horrible with details so if you need to know anything then let me know.
