As I know, there is no way of uploading folders with files via web page. You can, only, create a folder and upload one file at a time.

You can create folder using CDONT (search for tutorial here or at www.4guysfromrolla.com). You'll need to store name of that folder along with other data about users or create folders with same names as users ID.
