Operation must use an updateable query.

I have tried to edit a 3 different databases unsing the code from UltaDev (Live-Data Insert Record Update Form... Every time I submit a change or try to add a record using the Insert Record Insert Form I get this error. 80004005 Operation must use an updateable query.

2 of the servers I own and another I am using an ISP. I know the servers that are mine the iuser has read/wright access to the directory and within the database... I know this is simple but this has been killing me for 3 days. Please Help!
