I strongly feel the reason my login behaviors are not working on my remote DNS host (working fine locally) is because of the directory _mmDBScripts is not on the remote host. Everything I read says it should have gotten transfered to the remote host when I synconized with it, however it is not there. Please note, that I am not using UD to look at my remote site, but CuteFTP with view hidden files on. I've performed string searches looking for the _mmDBScripts. It simply is not there. (The connections directory is there however) I've got a note into Macomedia, but I swear my 90 day support will run out before I get an answer from them (I've only had the product a couple days).I've tried recreating the site, resetting up the DNS connections (yes, the DNS is called the same remotely as locally)...everything short of unload UD from my machine and reloading it.
Has anyone seen something this wierd before? Anyone have any idea how to approach it?
Thanks,
Brad

Hello! Had a similar occurrence of this trying to update a site in the past month.
Went to the UltraDev newsgroup and asked for help and someone recommended to manually FTP this folder to the host server and put it in the root directory of the site location.
This looked like it worked. Do not know how it happened but it works now. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Thank you for the response. But it's not even on my local machine....so, that's my big problem.

Hey! This link to the MM support site may help if you have not already viewed it yet.
www.macromedia.com/support/ultradev/ts/documents/ftp_dbconn_err.htm
This explains the connections and the folder that is created. Hope this might help a little more. Thanks!
