<font face='Arial'>Hope, this makes sense... When I use the popup window behavior in Dreamweaver, sometimes and usually only with Netscape, the popup window works but does not stay on top, i.e., the window opens but does not stay as the top layer/object on my screen. Is there some little code tweak that I can do to keep the popup window on top? Thanks in advance for your help</font id='Arial'>Replies

There is a Splash Window extension. Maybe that is what you are looking for?
You could also try to use onload="window.focus()" in the body tag
