Please explain step by step what exactly are you doing and when the error appears?

I bought extension yesterday and appears on my purchased extension on extension manager so :

1. Click to download
2. Extension download
3. Got the error

I've reset the database, close and open the extension manager, reset again, and got the same error.

I have the same problem in my iMac and MacBook Pro as well.
