Our office has this keylogger https://www.refog.com/free-keylogger.html installed on all employee computers. This program records and monitors your employee's activities and provides on-site and remote access to employee's logs and computer screens in real time to the appropriate manager. Now the work of employees has become more efficient

Many company owners and managers have lately found themselves looking at the possibility of introducing employee monitoring software into their work lives. But why is that? The COVID-19 pandemic has been a major factor affecting pretty much all areas of our lives, and among the things that changed, we also found our work habits shifting. Many of us switched from working in an office to remote work from home. This has affected managers too, who now are figuring out how to keep up with what their teams are doing without being able to check in on everyone at their desks.
