help regarding Drop Down menu

welll newly started Dreamweaver ... its so nice and easy way to create the page. Anyway i need help regarding to the drop down menu with the picture .... i dont know how to make it check my page www.fujairahport.ae/al_mulla/index_new.htm ....... inbetween the link i left space bcoz i want to put picture with the drop down menu .... can anybody help me out..
