If you are in the UK or Europe and your clock was reset an hour last week, try setting the system clock back to the 27th October. All files that I was working on on the day before the clocks changed now crash unless I do this.
Also any connections made on that day are not remembered if I try to create a new active server page.
Adobe's server is so busy this morning that it cannot stand the traffic and is dropping out every few seconds. I guess that this is because of the clocks bug. Their phones are not being answered in the UK and Ireland, which is very unusual. Have not tried USA, but their clocks dont go back for a week or so. When they do, expect more problems unless the DW team have fixed the bug.
One temporary way is to delete your configuration file, but that also has side effects.

OK. Found the answer (unfortunately not from Adobe). The time chage corrpted the file "WinFileCache...dat" located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration
Delete the file and restart DW and voila.
Hope this can be of help to others...
