I Just Purchased and downloaded Smart Image 2 & Upload 3 Add-On Bundle. I am having trouble with the smart image processor on optimizing images to 80%. I am getting this error: Uploaded 0 files

Following files failed:
odometer.jpg (IO Error)
I have read through your forums and found that I need to upgrade to version 2.16. I have version 2.04. When I log into dmxzone and go to my purchases I get no posts. Any help to get this resolved would be great.
