My repeated emails to & were unanswered so I'm having to try this forum.

Can somebody at DMXzone PLEASE email me.

I bought the Pure ASP Upload 2.22 extension on 29th March which I needed urgently to complete a project.

I went through the registration process, and as instructed, emailed to obtain a verification code.

Despite repeated emails (complete with Paypal proof of purchase) I got no reply. The extention didn't work without the code - I had a to buy something else to complete the project.

I would like a refund

Has anyone resolved this situation yet? I am relatively new to this site and would certainly be reluctant to invest in any offers if this is the type of service that can be expected after the sale.
