I was wondering if anyone has ever come across a tutorial that explains how to create the filter effect seen on the following webpage:

Sorry if I have not explained very clearly. On the above page the user can sort the rows of dynamic data using the drop down menus, this is the sort of effect I would like to learn how to do.
